Environment
Commitment to the environment is one of the fundamental pillars of La Santa’s Corporate Social Responsibility policy.
La Santa is located in a natural setting of extraordinary beauty, a unique corner at the foot of the Gavarres mountain range, a natural space in the heart of the Empordà region. La Santa loves its land, and this means that all its activities seek to have a positive impact. We all have a shared responsibility to care for the planet, as well as to protect nature and its biodiversity. Among other actions, we work to reduce our consumption and focus on the responsible purchase and use of water and energy, in addition to other environmental improvement actions such as the annual planting and reforestation of the area’s native trees.
La Santa also promotes a rigorous waste reuse and recycling policy, both within its facilities and with its suppliers.
Desde La Santa se fomenta, además, una política de reutilización de residuos y de reciclaje muy rigurosa, tanto en las propias instalaciones como con el conjunto de proveedores con que se trabaja.
Talent
La Santa is strongly committed to local talent and promoting entrepreneurship in the area.
We want to foster development and enable change in the cultural and economic life of our community, while also promoting more equitable access to both music and the artistic experience.
We actively support emerging artists and make La Santa’s stages available for new artistic encounters, formats, and experiences. More than 60% of La Santa’s artists are from Catalonia, and we seek to give a voice and new opportunities to emerging talent in the area.
La Santa carries out various activities to promote musical and artistic talent, and entrepreneurship, such as the New Talent series, which brings new Catalan talent to our stages and gives visibility and the opportunity to record a song with a record label. In addition, it organizes an entrepreneurship event, bringing several of the leading international experts on the subject to our region, giving visibility to a guest artist who is supported, promoted, and given a space to exhibit their art.
La Santa tiene un fuerte compromiso con el talento local y el fomento del emprendimiento en la zona.
Queremos dar pie a permitir el cambio y el desarrollo en la vida cultural y económica de nuestro entorno y, al mismo tiempo, impulsar un acceso más equitativo tanto a la música como a la experiencia artística.
Apoyamos activamente a los artistas emergentes y hacemos que los escenarios de La Santa estén disponibles para nuevos encuentros, formatos y experiencias artísticas. Más del 60% de los artístas de La Santa son de Cataluña, buscamos dar voz y nuevas oportunidades a talentos emergentes
de la zona.
La Santa realiza distintas acciones para fomentar el talento musical, artístico y el emprendimiento como por ejemplo el ciclo New Talent que pone en nuestros escenarios y da visibilidad y la posibilidad de grabar un tema de la mano de un sello discográfico a nuevos talentos catalanes o por ejemplo con la organización de una jornada de emprendimiento acercando a nuestra zona a varios de los principales nombres de expertos internacionales en el tema, también, dando visibilidad a un artista invitado anualmente al que se apoya, promociona y se le cede un espacio en el que exponer su arte.
