Information for CATERING
We thank all the participants of the 10th edition.
Registration for 2026 is now closed; you can pre-register for our 11th edition, which will take place from July 2 to August 29, 2027.
The excellent attendance figures recorded in the last edition have consolidated La Santa as a center of trends, fashion, leisure and gastronomy on the Costa Brava.
This new edition focuses on the regeneration, updating and improvement of the commercial offer as a whole.

We select creative, original, and healthy concepts where quality and service exceed expectations. We prioritize local talent and indigenous, locally sourced cuisine, combined with diverse global culinary styles.
The allocation of food and beverage spaces will be closely linked to the projects we consider to offer the greatest added value to the event as a whole, whether the proposals come from new operators or from veterans of previous editions.
The slots awarded to the operators selected to shape the 2026 culinary offering will be published in January. A period of 15 calendar days will be allowed to formalize the contract for the space.

Can I participate in the tenth edition of La Santa 2026 as a restaurateur?
If you’re a restaurateur or entrepreneur passionate about cooking, if you’re creative and know how to add a special touch to your recipes, if you’re going to surprise us by cooking products with your own hands to be tasted immediately, you’re a sure candidate to be part of the restaurant offerings that La Santa will present in its tenth edition.
What type of spaces does La Santa offer?
At La Santa, creativity, originality, and props matter. Already in our first edition, we opted for a modular format: open, transparent wooden structures of varying dimensions, ideal for show cooking and speedy service, where the linear meters of open bar avoid or reduce customer wait times. A portion is undoubtedly reserved for the most iconic and unique food trucks, which add culinary and aesthetic value to the overall offering.
How does the admission procedure work to participate in La Santa?
With the aim of creating a global gastronomic offer of quality, diverse and varied, where creativity, originality, local products and efficient service prevail, the organization selects each year those restaurateurs that it considers add the greatest value to the overall global offer. During the period from October to December 2025, restaurateurs interested in participating in 2026 must send their application for admission, filling out the form on the website “restorers registration form”, and providing any additional information that they consider may support their candidacy, to the email mariana@lasantamarket.com. In January, once received and reviewed, if your proposal is suitable and accepted by the organization, the restaurateur will receive the letter of admission along with the details of the contract.
Can I choose the location of the space?
The allocation of spaces is the sole responsibility of the Organization, subject to criteria such as product diversity and technical and logistical requirements. However, the preferences of each operator are always reviewed and assessed.
What obligations and legal requirements do I need to meet?
The usual requirements for any event of this nature include the contract and regulations signed by the legal representative of the establishment, proof of current payments and the deposit or guarantee, which will be returned to you at the end of the event, the food handler’s card and Social Security registration for the staff, liability insurance, complaint forms for the public, and, if it’s a food truck, the corresponding approval. The operator assumes full labor and health responsibility for their catering establishment.
For the benefit of all, waste management, maintenance of facilities, and public opening hours are mandatory.
When can I get set up in my space, and when do I have to leave the space?
Restaurateurs must be installed at La Santa by Wednesday, July 9th, to conduct power consumption and smoke extraction tests, ensuring the equipment installed on Thursday, July 10th, is fully operational. Once the market is over, they have up to seven days to dismantle and clear the space. Nothing is allowed to be left inside.
What are the prices for the different spaces at La Santa?
The price varies depending on the type and size of the space contracted. Dining spaces are only available for full-season bookings, between July 11 and August 31, 2026, for a total of 52 days of full, uninterrupted activity.
Is the success of my restoration point guaranteed?
Four factors decisively influence the success of an operator: the product offered, the value for money, the staff, prompt and efficient service, and a striking and original decor that clearly identifies the product or type of cuisine it represents. Offering vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options contributes to success. If you can combine all of these factors, you certainly have a great opportunity.
What resources does La Santa allocate to the promotion and communication of the event?
La Santa has two independent departments: Pica Pica Press, dedicated exclusively to disseminating news in the national press, specialized press in the world of fashion, trends, and gastronomy, radio, and television, with an excellent return on investment in 2024. You can see what’s published on our website’s press section. This department is also responsible for offering experiences to journalists and influencers in the world of fashion, lifestyle, gastronomy, and family.
Madstudio, for its part, coordinates all of La Santa’s communications and is responsible for the design, graphic image, creativity, and online and offline advertising, which includes advertisements in the national and international press, on the country’s main radio stations, posters, MUPIs, banners, and leaflets in Girona and tourist towns on the Costa Brava. In direct marketing, the company focuses on static advertising on mobile units, SARFA buses, Moritz delivery trucks, and promotional corners located in tourist establishments, information offices, golf courses, yacht clubs, and other locations.
On social media and special publications, joint initiatives have included newsletters, sweepstakes, and scheduled posts with influencers on the communication channels of MORITZ, LEGENDARIO, VILARNAU, FONT VELLA, GONZALEZ BYASS, COCA COLA, and APEROL.
What are the official records and public attendance data for 2025?
In its ninth edition, La Santa has surpassed all expectations, reaching 252,912 visitors in 59 days, which is an average of 4,800 people per day. You can see all the entries on our website, in the La Santa 2025 section.
